My logo tells my story as much as it reflects yours.

The sunflower is where it all began, a nod to those kitchen-table beginnings, back when I was still working for a charity and facing redundancy every few months. I knew I couldn’t let funding decisions end the work I loved, so I planted my own seed: Diamonds Community Learning Project CIC. That sunflower reminds me that even when life feels uncertain, we can grow something beautiful, steady, and strong.

At its centre sits the diamond heart, an accolade to Diamonds, my first CIC, and a symbol of strength, compassion, and integrity. But it also represents my learners, the people who inspired it all. So many of them arrive not realising their own worth, unsure of their potential. Yet, with time, encouragement, and a commitment to learning new skills, they begin to shine by growing in confidence and purpose until their true beauty shows. Just like real diamonds, they’re formed under pressure, and with the right environment, they sparkle.

And the butterfly? She’s every woman I’ve ever worked with, women who start out doubting themselves but go on to build something extraordinary. She represents transformation, growth, and freedom, the moment you realise your idea really can take flight.
